After an up and down 2020 season, midfielder Nguyen Quang Hai of Hanoi FC will be hoping to hit the ground running this year in the National Super Cup tomorrow (Jan 9) against Viettel.

The date of the Super Cup tie between V.League 1 champions Hanoi FC and National Cup runners-up HCM City FC has been rearranged and will now take place at the Thong Nhat Stadium in HCM City, with kick off set for 4:30pm on March 1.

The 2020 football season in Vietnam will kick off on February 7 with the Super Cup between V.League 1 and National Cup champions Hanoi FC and league runners-up HCM City FC.
