Women’s rights and climate change were the focus of a discussion within the framework of the 41st session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland on June 28.

The Government will boost the delegation of responsibility and rights to local governments in order to increase the efficiency of the government, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said at the regular Cabinet meeting on May 4.
