The Viet Nam National Museum of Nature, designed to be the leading museum of its kind in Viet Nam, opened a new exhibition hall on the evolution of living things on Thursday.

 VietNamNet Bridge – A whale shark of 4.2 m long, weighing 780kg, was caught in the net of fishermen from Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province on August 15, about 145 nautical miles from the shore of the Tonkin Gulf.

 VietNamNet Bridge - While fishing in the Gulf of Tonkin, a Nghe An fisherman caught an ocean sunfish weighing 400 kg. Knowing that this is a rare fish, he handed over the fish to the Museum of Nature.
