The Vietnamese national futsal team has won a card to the World Cup, thanks to the great contribution of coach Pham Minh Giang.

FIFA and AFC are in the process of considering five Asian representatives who will participate at the upcoming 2021 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Lithuania, with the Vietnamese national futsal team hopeful of being granted a place.
