Authorities in the central province of Quang Nam are investigating a food poisoning case at a Banh mi baguette shop in Hoi A City after over 90 customers were hospitalised.

 VietNamNet Bridge – Several food poisoning cases reported at public canteens, including a number in schools, across the country in recent months have raised concerns among parents and the public about food safety.

The HCMC Food Safety Board, the HCMC Export Processing and Industrial Zone Authority and the HCMC Labor Federation have signed an agreement on cooperation in enhancement of food safety management in 2017-2019.
