Update news citizen protection measures
Vietnam has recently taken various measures to protect citizens abroad, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang said at the ministry’s regular meeting on January 14.
The Embassy of Vietnam in Japan is closely following the investigation into the murder of a Vietnamese technical intern and will carry out the necessary citizen protection measures to ensure his legitimate rights and interests.
The Foreign Ministry’s spokeswoman Le Thi Thu Hang has said the ministry asked the Vietnamese Embassy in Berlin, Germany, to work with the host authorities to ensure legitimate rights and interests of Vietnamese citizens.
