1. Complete monthly project report to Sales Manager
· Keep updated list of current or potential projects in agreed upon format
· Collect, update and analyze customer’s data, competitors’ and market movement
2. Manage customers, suppliers & partners relationship
· Seek new customers monthly to achieve the sales target
· Proactive provide solutions to improve performance.
3. Follow up and develop the sales process including sales quotation and receivables
· Prospect, cost, negotiate and draft sales contracts. Identify the key issues and propose appropriate solutions
· Follow-up and update on every single quote-out to clients with clear execution plan
· Cooperate with cross-functional divisions to ensure receivables are collected as well as equipment are delivered accurately and timely.
