Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, effective consulting, and sales through online and telephone channels.

Responsibilities:

Online Consulting:

  • Interact with customers through online channels such as live chat, email, and social media.

  • Provide detailed information about the company's products and services.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

  • Promote sales through consulting and recommending suitable products.

Telesales:

  • Make outbound calls to reach potential customers.

  • Introduce the company's products and services in an engaging and persuasive manner.

  • Handle customer objections and questions.

  • Successfully close sales transactions.

Customer Service:

  • Receive and handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback.

  • Provide support and solutions to customer problems.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.

Utilizing AI Skills and Chatbots:

  • Use AI tools and chatbots to automate tasks and improve work efficiency.

  • Interact with customers through chatbots and provide basic support.

  • Analyze data from chatbots to improve customer experience.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, marketing, or customer service-related fields.

  • Experience in sales or customer service.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and quick thinking abilities.

  • Proficient in using office computer tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for providing high-quality customer service.

  • Be willing to work overtime when necessary to meet customer needs.
