On the afternoon of February 7, the Vietnam Professional Football (VPF) announced the winners of the January 2025 monthly awards for the LPBank V-League 2024/25. The results covered performances from rounds 6 to 11 and the early match of round 12.

Thep Xanh Nam Dinh was named the Best Club of the Month, while coach Vu Hong Viet won Best Coach, further solidifying the team’s dominance in recent matches.

Completing the trio of accolades, Nguyen Xuan Son claimed the Best Player of the Month award. Before sustaining an injury while playing for the Vietnamese national team, the 27-year-old forward had netted seven goals this season, making a significant impact on Nam Dinh’s campaign.

These awards will be presented on February 24 during the match between Thep Xanh Nam Dinh and Bình Định at Thien Truong Stadium.

The Best Goal of the Month award went to Bui Ngoc Long (No. 18, Ho Chi Minh City FC) for his stunning strike in the 71st minute of the round 8 match against CAHN on November 16, 2024, at Thong Nhat Stadium.

As the league enters round 12 this weekend, Thep Xanh Nam Dinh sits at the top of the table with 24 points but has played 13 matches. At the bottom, SHB Da Nang struggles with just 4 points from 11 games.
