On April 11, local officials from Ky Thinh Ward (Ky Anh Town) confirmed that a fatal incident occurred at a pharmaceutical business located in Nam Phong residential group.

Earlier that morning, around 7:30 a.m., L.T.X, who was experiencing symptoms such as coughing, a runny nose, and chills, visited the pharmacy operated by Le Thi Duy to buy medication.

According to reports, Duy sold the following medications to X.: Amoxicillin 500mg, Loratadine 10mg, Terpin Codeine, Alpha Choay, and Paracetamol 500mg.

After receiving the medication, X. immediately took 2 tablets of Amoxicillin 500mg, 2 tablets of Loratadine 10mg, 2 tablets of Terpin Codeine, 1 tablet of Alpha Choay, and 1 tablet of Paracetamol 500mg.

Within approximately 15 minutes, X. developed symptoms of itching and hives, then collapsed and died at the pharmacy counter at 7:45 a.m. on April 11.

Upon being notified, local authorities arrived at the scene, documented the incident, and handed the case over to the investigative unit to determine the cause of death.
