VietNamNet Bridge – Viet Nam defeated the Philippines 4-0 in the second match of the Asian Football Confederation U14 Girls' Regional Championship (ASEAN zone) in HCM City's Thong Nhat Stadium yesterday, June 19.

Cambodia lost to Myanmar 6-0, while Thailand won Malaysia 8-1.

On Tuesday, Viet Nam won an emphatic 7-1 victory over Malaysia in the opening match.

After two matches, the hosts Viet Nam and Thailand had six points each, but Viet Nam took the lead because of the goal difference.

This afternoon, Viet Nam will enter the most important match against Myanmar in Thong Nhat Stadium.

Six teams from Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Viet Nam are playing in the round-robin tournament to select the top team for the event's final round. The tournament will run until June 23.
