1. Tran Quoc pagoda in Hanoi

Tran Qupc is among the most ancient pagodas in Vietnam. It is believed to have been built in the 6th century under the reign of King Ly Nam De.
The pagoda is home to many stunning statues, including a gilded wooden statue of Nirvana Buddha.

2. Bai Dinh pagoda in Ninh Binh Province

BaiDinh pagoda is is a cluster of Buddhist architectural structures. It is wellknown as the largest complex of Buddhist temples with the largest bronze Buddha statue (150 tonnes), the largest bronze bell (30 tonnes) and the largest number of Arhat statues (500).

3. Ba Vang pagoda – QuangNinh Province

Ba Vang pagoda dates back to the 13th century, when the Truc Lam Zen School was founded by King Tran Nhan Tong under the Tran Dynasty with its original name of Bao Quang.
The pagoda accommodates the country’s largest sanctum with an area of about 3,500 square metres.

4. Bat pagoda – SocTrang Province

Chua Doi or Bat pagoda is a typical Khmer architectural complex. The beauty of the 400-year-old pagoda dazzles visitors. For those who come here for the first time, thousands of bats hanging like fruit on trees near the pagoda will surprise them. It is regarded one of the most unique and beautiful pagodas in the Mekong Delta region.
