Van Lam, Xuan Truong, Cong Phuong, and Trong Hoang have been valued as the Vietnamese footballers with the highest estimated transfer value, according to sporting website Transfermarket.

Goalkeeper Dang Van Lam 

Goalkeeper Dang Van Lam is currently valued as the most expensive Vietnamese player, with an estimated transferred value of EUR300,000.

In terms of cost, Van Lam is ranked as the 64th most expensive player in the Thai League and the 9th in Muangthong United FC’s squad.

Luong Xuan Truong, currently playing for Thai League side Buriram United FC’s, was ranked third place with an estimated value of EUR200,000. This represents a significant increase of EUR150,000 from the previous year. He is ranked as the 99th most expensive player in the Thai League and the 14th on Buriram United’s roster.

Nguyen Cong Phuong is estimated to be the 5th most valuable Vietnamese player with an estimated transferred value of EUR 150,000. This shows a huge increase of EUR125,000 from last year. Currently playing for K-League 1 side Incheon United, he is the 19th most valuable player in their squad and 239th in the K-League 1. 

The transfer value of Trong Hoang has increased thanks to his outstanding displays at the 2018 AFF Cup and 2019 Asian Cup. His market value is estimated to be EUR100,000, making his the 7th most valuable Vietnamese player  and 14th in the entire V-League.
