The Japanese Embassy has announced a list of 37 overseas education consulting firms in Vietnam that have been stripped of their role as a representative that can apply for Japanese visas on behalf of their student customers.

Many people have incurred huge debts and become illegal workers in Japan after falling for false promises from education abroad consultancy companies.
