South Korea, Indonesia and Singapore have relaxed entry restrictions for foreigners, including Vietnamese travelers, to speed up their reopening to the world.

Ms. Lang Tran has travelled to many cities in Vietnam, Japan, France and Indonesia for no more than VND800,000 (US$35) a day.
