Vietnamese designers unveil model greenhouse in Italy

VietNamNet Bridge – A group of Vietnamese designers, in coordination with international colleagues, have designed an ingenious eco-friendly greenhouse, which will be featured at the World Expo Milano 2015 in Italy.

VietNamNet Bridge – A group of Vietnamese designers, in coordination with international colleagues, have designed an ingenious eco-friendly greenhouse, which will be featured at the World Expo Milano 2015 in Italy.

The designers include Vo Trong Nghia and associates Takashi Niwa, Raffaello Rosselli, Marek Obtulovic, Nguyen Viet Hung, Dau Nhat Quang and Hoang Quoc Bao.

The six-month Expo, entitled “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”, is set to take place in Milan from May 1 to October 31, 2015 with the participation of 200 countries and organizations.

The exposition site covers a total area of 887 square metres and is expected to attract 29 million visitors.

Construction of the Vietnamese designed model greenhouse will commence at the World Expo Milano site this coming September.

Inside the house, there will be a special area showcasing beautiful images of Vietnamese people and landscapes.
