Teacher Nguyen Thi Thuong Huyen praised the strong academic drive of the class. “What I am most proud of is that every student is motivated, united, and eager to help each other progress. The more advanced students are always willing to support their peers. Their competitive spirit is positive and healthy - they view their classmates’ success as a goal to strive for,” she said.

According to Huyen, this supportive and ambitious learning environment has played a crucial role in shaping the exceptional achievements of Class 12 English 1.

She noted that most students dedicate significant time to mastering three core subjects - Math, Literature, and English - which also align well with standardized exams like the SAT and IELTS.

“Not only are they academically gifted, but they are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. On my birthday, they surprised me with a handmade memory book filled with reflections and shared moments from our three years together,” she shared.

Class 12 English 1 also actively participates in extracurricular events. One memorable experience was a five-day summer camp the students organized in June of last year. “They were just in grade 11 at the time, but they managed to plan a very successful and meaningful summer camp. We later received great feedback from participants. More importantly, the proceeds from the event were donated to victims of Typhoon Yagi in October,” Huyen recalled.

This year, with major changes in university admissions, students are preparing multiple options to avoid surprises during the selection process and maximize their chances of admission.

Currently, the students of Class 12 English 1 are diligently preparing to complete their high school program and aim for top scores in the national graduation exam - and entry into their dream universities.

“With their abilities and commitment, I truly believe they will achieve their goals,” Huyen affirmed.
