On January 12, 2020, at Hon Mat Island in the central province of Nghe An, the High Command of Coast Guard Region 2 checked and seized the ship DYNAMIC OCEAN 15, with 22 crew members, of captain Nguyen An Hai that carried 10.582.997 of A92 petrol while this ship was illegally selling petrol to five boats, including: 200 m3 of gasoline for the boat Minh Thuy 69 (SG-8406) with 9 crew members; 40 m3 of gasoline for Tan Xuan 99 (NA-2458) with 9 crew members; Thinh An 18 (ND-3628) with 5 crew members; 25 m3 of gasoline for Hai Long 03 (HT-1012) with 7 crew members; and 100 m3 of gasoline Dong Do 12 (HP-5572) with 9 crew members.

The High Commander of Coast Guard imposed administrative fine of VND197 million and sold the confiscated goods worth VNd12 billion.
On June 1, 2020, about 120 nautical miles from the southern tip of Ca Mau, the High Command of Coast Guard Region 4 inspected and arrested the ship TUNA ONE (Mongolian nationality) with 7 crew members, of captain Thuret Hanslakoo, 59, Thai nationality for transporting 161,136 liters of DO oil without proof of legal origin. The High Commander of Coast Guard imposed administrative fine of VND181 million and sold confiscated goods worth VND1.1 billion.
