President Xi Jinping expressed his pleasure in witnessing firsthand the remarkable achievements Vietnam has made and in sensing the solid foundation of friendship between the two Parties and the two countries.
He noted that both nations are entering a critical phase of strategic development and need to work together to deepen the community with a shared future of strategic significance, thereby contributing positive and stable energy to global development.

The National Assembly of Vietnam will continue to strengthen cooperation with the National People’s Congress of China through mechanisms such as high-level delegation exchanges, specialized committees, parliamentary friendship groups, and multilateral parliamentary forums.
These efforts aim to enhance national governance effectiveness and serve as an important bridge bringing the voices of the peoples of both countries closer together, thereby reinforcing the social foundation of the Vietnam-China relationship.
President Xi Jinping agreed on the need for both sides to strengthen legislative experience sharing and to jointly build a solid legal corridor for major cooperative projects, including the construction of three standard-gauge railway lines connecting the two countries.
