Fortunately, hail did not cause considerable human or property damage.

According to the administration of Nam Tra My district, the phenomenon occurs quite often in the Ngoc Linh ginseng growing area, including Tra Linh, Tra Nam, and Tra Tap communes, resulting in damage to subsidiary crops.

This was the first time that hail had occurred in lower areas such as ​​Nam Tra My district and Tra Mai commune.

Nam Tra My district is forecast to continue to suffer from heavy rain and thunderstorms up to the end of the week.
