After conducting site surveys of the province’s diverse coastal landscapes, the provincial People’s Committee and other agencies engaged in discussions with the two billionaires about Binh Dinh’s potential and the opportunities for collaboration.

Roland Staub, whose Finance Suisse fund has extensive experience in financing high-end real estate projects worldwide, highlighted the strategic location and immense potential of Binh Dinh.

He pledged to mobilize international capital and offer strategic consultancy to help transform the province into a top-tier destination for the global elite.

Meanwhile, Timur Mohamed emphasized Binh Dinh's unique appeal as an ideal hub for luxury yachting.

With over 100 years of expertise in producing world-renowned superyachts, Palmer Johnson aims to invest in integrated ultra-luxury tourism projects, including international-standard marinas, beachfront resorts, and exclusive experiences tailored to the global elite.
