VietNamNet Bridge – Top Vietnamese shuttler Nguyen Tien Minh slid one place to 7th position in the latest men’s singles world ranking, published recently by the Badminton World Federation.

Minh plans to compete in the lucrative Li Ning China Open, which takes place from November 11-17 in Shanghai. He is seeded sixth in the men’s singles, behind Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia, China’s Chen Long and Du Pengyu, Tago Kenichi of Japan and Jorgensen.

He will then compete at the Yonex Sunrise Hong Kong Open from November 19-24 and the Yonex Sunrise Vietnam Open from December 2-8, before arriving in Myanmar for the 27th Southeast Asian Games in late December.
