VietNamNet Bridge - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has signed a decision to appoint three Vice Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Health and Transportation.

Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc, Assistant to the Minister and Chief of the America Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was appointed Deputy Foreign Minister. Ngoc was born in 1963 in Hanoi. He was the Vice Consul, Consulate General of Vietnam in San Francisco (California, USA); head of the North America Relationship Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; counselor of the Vietnam Embassy in Japan; Deputy Director of the America Department; and Assistant to the Foreign Minister.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs now has six Deputy Ministers, including Mr. Ho Xuan Son, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son, Mr. Bui Thanh Son, Mr. Pham Quang Vinh, Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc and Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Nga.

Mr. Pham Le Tuan, director of the Department of Planning - Finance of the Ministry of Health was appointed Deputy Minister of Health. Mr. Pham Le Tuan (born 1958 in Hanoi) was chief of the Planning – Finance Department of the Health Ministry, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Health, and Director of the Planning - Finance Department of the Health Ministry.

The Ministry of Health has five deputy ministers, including Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuyen, Mr. Nguyen Viet Tien, Mr. Le Quang Cuong, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long and Mr. Pham Le Tuan.

Mr Le Dinh Tho, Director General of the Vietnam Road Administration was appointed Deputy Minister of Transportation. Tho (born 1963, a native of Thanh Hoa) served as Director of the General Planning Department, Director of the Department of Transportation of Thanh Hoa, Head of Nghi Son Port Project Management, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa province, General Director of the Vietnam Road Administration.

The Ministry of Transport currently has six deputy ministers, including Mr. Nguyen Hong Truong, Mr. Pham Quy Tieu, Mr. Truong Tan Vien, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dong, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong and Mr. Le Dinh Tho.
