As observed by VietNamNet reporters, National Highway 1A running through Ha Trung and Hau Loc districts of Thanh Hoa province was covered by thig fog. Cars had to turn on the light but drivers could only see things within a diameter of 5m. Vehicles, thus, had to move very slowly.

Dense fog has been reported in Thanh Hoa for the past 3 days. According to local people, this is a very rare phenomenon.
