VietNamNet Bridge – The Vietnam Fine Arts Association and the Indochina Arts Program have organized a graphic art exhibition of four American artists, including Davis Thomas, Caorolyn Muskat, Lois Tarlow and Gene Dorgan.

The exhibition, presenting 71 artworks using special printing techniques, opened on January 31 at the Exhibition House, No. 16 Ngo Quyen, Hanoi.

The most impressive works in the exhibition are the paintings by David Thomas, which feature the loss in the war in Vietnam. Through art, Davis Thomas opposed the war in a direct way.

David Thomas was a veteran, who was in Vietnam for two years. Since 1987 he has had more than 50 trips back to Vietnam to study and implement educational and cultural exchange programs between Vietnam and the United States.
