VietNamNet Bridge - After an accident, Mr. Do Minh Tam was quadriplegic but he still draws by his mouth. He has sold a lot of paintings, which are priced several millions dong/painting. Tam currently lives in the Chap Canh Center for the disable in Binh Tan District, HCM City. He is a member of a group of over ten painters.
