Vingroup’s revenue from real estate transfer in the first nine months of 2018 was VND57.021 trillion, up by 49.8 percent compared with the same period of 2017, which mostly came from huge projects, namely Vinhomes Golden River, Vinhomes The Harmony, Vinhomes Central Park and Vinhomes Green Bay.

Novaland contributed VND6.421 trillion worth of capital to other businesses in the first half of 2018, a sharp increase of 70 percent over the same period last year.
2018 was a significant year for Novaland as it joined the resort real estate market segment. It expects revenue of VND21.78 trillion and post-tax profit of VND3.2 trillion.

Dat Xanh owns many projects throughout the country. The group estimates revenue of VND5 trillion in 2018, equal to 153 percent of 2017.
In 2018 alone, 28,000 products were sold, bringing VND3 trillion in revenue. With good distribution network, the company hopes to have 30,000 successful transactions in 2019.

Trinh Van Quyet appeared many times in local newspapers as FLC took over many huge projects in the resort real estate market.
FLC’s most outstanding projects include Vinh Thinh Resort in Vinh Phuc, FLC Samsong Golf Links in Thanh Hoa with total investment capital of VND5.5 trillion.
The enterprise of the Vietnamese dollar billionaire also invested in FLC Quy Nhon, a 1,300 hectare complex of golf course, resort, villas and entertainment center.
