Being formed off the Pacific coast, typhoon Bopha is gaining strength very fast. Though its power reduced compared to the previous day, at noon on December 3, its wind speed remained at the super-strong level, 180 - 200 km per hour.

According to the meteorological forecast agencies in the world, tomorrow, the storm will hit southern Philippine, then weakening (with winds below 120 km/h) and entering into the East Sea on the evening of December 5.

This will be the 9th storm in the East Sea. It is more likely moving to the north, towards Hainan Island of China. Along the way, the storm will affect the east coast of the Spratly Islands, then the Paracel Islands.

Meanwhile, in the mainland, the cold air is spreading to the north. On December 4 evening, the cold air will affect the northeast provinces, then spread to the North West, North and Central Region.
