A volcanic cavern system in Dak Nong province - the longest of its kind in Southeast Asia - is about to open to tourists.
The 25-km volcanic cavern system was discovered by a group of Vietnamese and Japanese scientists in Krong No district’s Choah village in 2014.
With unique geological identities and magnificent landscapes, the volcanic cavern system is seen as an ideal destination in Dak Nong aiming to attract more domestic and foreign tourists as a contribution to boosting the locality’s socio-economic development.
