The couple Ikkyun and Hanseul enjoyed a 2-day, 1-night vacation in Nha Trang.

The resort is built on a private island and primarily made from natural materials like stone and wood, surrounded by dense forest. In 2022, it was recognized by the prestigious Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards as one of the 50 most-loved resorts worldwide.

Upon their arrival, both Ikkyun and Hanseul were amazed by the resort’s isolation, only accessible by boat. Hanseul couldn’t help but exclaim “Wow!” at the breathtaking scenery upon arriving.

“We decided to visit Nha Trang just because of this resort,” Hanseul shared.

The resort that the two Korean guests visited is in a secluded location, accessible only by boat.

The couple was also treated to a unique check-in ritual - making a wish by striking a ceremonial gong. “Men strike the gong seven times, and women strike it nine times,” explained a resort staff member.

Both Ikkyun and Hanseul enjoyed the experience and looked forward to their 2-day, 1-night stay, hoping it would surpass their expectations.

Ikkyun revealed that they had booked a villa worth 1 million won (approximately 18 million VND), nestled among the mountains and offering expansive views of the ocean. The two-story villa included a private garden, an infinity pool, and direct access to a private beach.

When guided by their private butler to the villa, the couple was amazed by the beautiful design and traditional décor, which included Vietnamese symbols such as conical hats, handmade bags, and woven straw accessories.

“The villa is designed with separate spaces for living and resting. The bedroom is lovely, with sunlight streaming in during the morning. The bathroom is also quite impressive, giving me the feeling of being in a spa. It features two sinks for men and women and a large wooden bathtub in the center,” Ikkyun described.

The couple was particularly captivated by the villa’s second floor, which had an open design that blurred the line between indoor and outdoor spaces.

“This place is like paradise - truly amazing. I can’t think of anything to complain about here. And yesterday, I didn’t even get bitten by a single mosquito!” Hanseul shared with a laugh.

On the second morning, Hanseul and her husband enjoyed various Vietnamese dishes such as beef pho, banh xeo, and iced milk coffee.

On their first day, Ikkyun and Hanseul enjoyed lunch at the resort’s restaurant, which floats on a pool. The following morning, they were treated to a traditional Vietnamese breakfast, savoring dishes such as pho bo, banh xeo, and Vietnamese iced coffee.

The couple not only appreciated the resort’s stunning design but also enjoyed the various services and activities available. They spent time cycling, browsing the souvenir shop, and renting snorkeling gear to swim at the private beach.

During a walk around the villa, they even had the rare opportunity to spot a black-shanked douc langur, a species listed in the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species and Vietnam’s Red Data Book.

“We were told by the staff that seeing black-shanked douc langurs is rare here, but we were lucky to spot one right next to our villa. It was an incredible experience. I love this place so much; I don’t want to leave!” Ikkyun said excitedly.

The Korean couple was fortunate to spot the rare black-shanked douc langurs during their stay at the resort in Nha Trang.

Before leaving, the couple enjoyed one final activity - a romantic sunset boat ride, priced at 3.3 million VND. Ikkyun explained that this service was not included in the accommodation fee, but guests could book it in advance, choosing from options such as a wooden boat or a luxury yacht.

At the end of their trip, Ikkyun and Hanseul expressed their satisfaction with the experience and revealed their plans to return for a longer stay to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery and unique experiences the resort had to offer.
