The initiative provides hands on blockchain building experience for computer science students through an innovative course on projects with Solana, a high-performance blockchain platform. 

The program will be offered to 3rd-year computer science students at FPT Polytechnic Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam’s leading technical education institution, giving students five university credits equivalent to a regular course.

"Solana Superteam is no longer a stranger to FPT Polytechnic HCM IT students. We have collaborated with the Superteam Vietnam team for over a year on blockchain training activities for our students. This official blockchain internship course will be a further step in equipping our students with genuine blockchain programming skills, preparing them for their post-graduation career path,” said Hoang Loc, Head of FPT Polytechnic HCM’s Software Applicant Faculty.

The internship program runs from September 19th through November 28th and has already garnered tremendous interest, with over 150 students signing up. 

To ensure an optimal learning experience, classes are divided into groups of 25 students per class, and a dedicated team of six professors and six Superteam members has been assigned to mentor students throughout the course.

The curriculum is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in various aspects of project development, including project management, teamwork, project presentation, design, identifying use cases and technical integration with Solana. 

Students will have the opportunity to choose from a list of project ideas, including those sourced from and work collaboratively to bring these ideas to life under the guidance and support of their mentors. The goal is to participate and build real projects from the ground up.
