Golubev Aleksey Viktorovich, Chairman of Russia’s Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation, which tops the global nuclear technology market, is paying a working visit to Vietnam to seek cooperation opportunities.

He unveiled the purpose during his meeting with Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Hong Son on October 24.
