Covering an area of more than 15 hectares to the north of the Cam Ranh peninsula, the Flowers Resort will have 256 rooms, ten bungalows, 111 apartments and 56 luxurious villas.
The resort, worth 1.89 trillion VND (roughly 88.83 million USD), is designed to also house four restaurants along with bars, spa and fitness centres, swimming pools and multi-functional halls.
This is the first five-star project in Bai Dai, where other 30 projects have been licensed.
Last year, Khanh Hoa received more than 3 million holiday-makers, an increase of over 29 percent against the previous year.
With 150,000 arrivals, Russia topped the list of countries sending citizens to the province thanks to a new direct air route connecting Russia’s Far East and the province’s Cam Ranh airport and another linking Moscow and Nha Trang City.
The locality is set to welcome 3.4 million tourists in 2014, including 840,000 foreign arrivals, earning 5 trillion VND from tourism.
