VietNamNet Bridge - The authorities of Kon Tum Province recently sent an urgent dispatch to many local agencies to ask them mobilize their staff and local people to watch and cheer football games of the National U19 Football Tournaent 2013.

This emergency dispatch was sent to all departments, agencies, and organizations; the People's Committees all of districts and towns; units of the armed forces; businesses in the province; and primary schools in Kon Tum City.

The tournament took place in the province of Kon Tum from March 27 through April 4, with the participation of Song Lam Nghe An, SHB Da Nang, Khatoco Khanh Hoa, and Dong Thap.

According to the dispatch, the needed number of "fans" for the game on the afternoon of March 27 is more than 800 people, including soldiers, policemen, public servants, etc; nearly 800 people for the match on March 29; more than 900 people for the game on March 31; 1,000 people for the semi-final game on April 2; and nearly 1,500 people for the final on April 4.
