Dear compatriots, comrades, soldiers across the country, and Vietnamese people living abroad,

A new spring, the Year of the Snake, has arrived, bringing with it joy, hope, and beautiful dreams.

At this sacred moment of transition into the New Year, on behalf of the Party and State leadership, I extend my warmest New Year wishes to all Vietnamese people, comrades, and soldiers in the country, as well as to our compatriots abroad.

I also send my heartfelt New Year greetings of peace, happiness, friendship, and development to our international friends and the people of all nations worldwide.

The year we leave behind has been filled with great challenges, like a stormy sea, but it has also been a year of remarkable achievements that we can be immensely proud of.

Through hardships and trials, the spirit of solidarity, compassion, and the unyielding will of our nation have been powerfully reaffirmed.

The entire Party, people, and military have worked tirelessly to meet and exceed all 15 socio-economic development goals.

Our economic growth rate remains among the highest in the world.

The material and spiritual lives of our people have continued to improve.

Political and social stability, along with strengthened national defense and security, have been bolstered.

Our international relations have expanded, earning respect and high regard from the global community.

Every Vietnamese citizen, whether at home or abroad - workers, farmers, entrepreneurs, intellectuals, or soldiers stationed in remote borderlands and islands - can take pride in their contributions to the nation’s collective success.

The year 2025 is a milestone filled with important events for our country - a year to accelerate, to achieve breakthroughs, and to lay the foundation for Vietnam to enter a new era of prosperity and strength.

This is the era where the Party's vision aligns perfectly with the people's aspirations for national prosperity.

Despite remaining challenges and difficulties, Vietnam will always move forward.

Nothing can hinder our aspiration to rise and our bright future as a nation.

The Party, people, and military will continue to unite with one heart and mind, upholding the spirit of self-reliance, confidence, independence, resilience, and national pride.

We will seize every opportunity, overcome every challenge, and advance rapidly to build a Vietnam that is wealthy, strong, democratic, just, and civilized - a nation where every citizen enjoys a life of comfort, freedom, and happiness.

We are committed to contributing more to the peace, stability, and development of the region and the world.
