On the morning of June 25, at Dan Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district, Quang Binh province, the Task Force 2 for drug control cooperated with the Customs Control Team of the Customs Department of Quang Binh province, the Drug-related crime investigation division of the Police Agency of Quang Binh province, the Drug and Crime Prevention Department of the Border Guard of Quang Binh province organized a drug prevention propaganda conference for more than 100 ethnic minorities in Cha Lo and Bai Dinh villages, in Dan Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district, Quang Binh province. The team delivered 500 leaflets about drug prevention.

Previously, the Task Force 2 for drug control visited each fishing vessel anchored at Cua Sot fishing port to directly propagate the Law on Vietnam Coast Guard and at the same time diffuse information on drug prevention to more than 500 fishermen on 50 boats. The team also distributed 1,000 propaganda leaflets and presented 200 national flags to fishermen.

At Mai Thuc Loan High School, the working group distributed more than 3,200 leaflets of all kinds; presented 100 copies of the Law on Vietnam Coast Guard; and gifts for the school and poor students.

At Mai Thuc Loan High School, the working group propagated about the harms of drugs, common drugs, drug harm prevention measures for more than 1,600 school officials, teachers and students. The team also diffused the contents of the Vietnam Coast Guard Law and delivered more than 3,200 leaflets of all kinds, presented 100 copies of the Law on Vietnam Coast Guard and gifts for the school and poor students who exerted efforts to overcome difficulties.

Propaganda of the law on drug crime prevention and the Vietnam Coast Guard Law 2018 are important tasks of the Task Force 2 for drug prevention.

The team has well combined the two contents, contributing to raising awareness about the Vietnam Coast Guard and preventing crime and drug evils in the area.
