On the morning of February 20, Ms. Dang Thi Le Ninh, 25, a Vietnamese living in American, took a flight from Da Nang to Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa province). She then detected that while making flight procedures, she forgot her wallet with nearly $7,000, VND13 million, 6 visa cards and some personal documents.

Contacting the Da Nang international airport, Ninh knew that Lieutenant Nguyen Xuan Hai, of the Da Nang border gate police station (Exit and Entry Management Department, Ministry of Public Security) picked up her wallet.

Lieutenant Hai guided Ninh to fulfill procedures to take back her property.

After the procedures were completed, Hieu handed over the property to Ninh’s relatives.
