The 105km Hanoi- Hai Phong Highway opens to the
public today, Dec. 5.
The most modern highway in Vietnam has a speed limit of 120km per hour.
The Ha Noi-Hai Phong Highway project was launched in 2008 with an
investment capital of nearly VND46 trillion ($2 billion), sourced from
Vietnam Development Bank's borrowed funds.
