VietNamNet Bridge – Several weeks before the Lunar New Year (Tet), Nhat Tan, one of several remaining flower villages in Hanoi, has become a tourist attraction.

Nhat Tan is 7 km from the center of Hanoi. Located near the West Lake, the flower village has long been as a traditional peach village.

Every year, about one month before the Tet holiday, flower lovers and tourists flock to the village to buy flowers and take photos.

In the past, peach trees were planted inside the village but now the gardens have been moved to the bank of the Red River because land was given for new residential areas and public works.

Nhat Tan villagers have top-level peach planting techniques.
