From April 18 to 20, the “Pho Festival 2025” will be held at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel in Hanoi.
The event is organized by the Hanoi City Convention Center in collaboration with the Department of Tourism and the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center.
This festival aims to promote pho as a cultural symbol of Hanoi - a recognized national intangible cultural heritage - and to contribute to the growth of the capital's culinary cultural industry.
The program will feature over 50 booths representing pho businesses and culinary brands from the North, Central, and South regions of Vietnam.
All participating enterprises and brands have been carefully selected and evaluated to ensure food quality and safety standards are upheld.
Organizers hope the event will serve as a cultural bridge, honoring and connecting businesses, traditional craft villages, and pho brands. The goal is to promote Vietnamese cuisine to local residents, domestic tourists, and international visitors alike.
Attendees can look forward to enjoying signature pho dishes from Hanoi, as well as a rich variety of regional pho styles from across the country.
