VietNamNet Bridge – While checking a speeding coach, police of Thanh Hoa Province discovered 11,400 aphrodisiac pills and a large number of fake cosmetic products.

The illegal goods were incidentally detected on a coach running from the northern port city of Hai Phong to HCM City on Tuesday, August 12, when traffic police officers stopped the car for speeding in Tinh Gia district in Thanh Hoa province.

According to the police, the cosmetics are fake products from China, which had labels with the names of world famous brands. At the time of inspection, the driver could not show legal documents related to the goods.

Driver Le Dinh Vung, 41, from Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City, declared that he was hired by a man in Thai Binh province to transport the goods to HCM City.

"The goods were packed in cardboard and labeled outside as glue, so I agreed to carry them," he explained.

The goods were handed over to market control forces for destruction.
