Jin Jong Oh, the four-time Olympic shooting champion from the Republic of Korea, met with Vietnamese shooters at the National Sports Training Centre in Hanoi on December 3.
Jin Jong Oh met with Vietnamese Olympian shooters and fans in an exchange that took place in Nhon, Nam Tu Liem District in Hanoi on December 3. Jin told the audience that passion and effort have been the key factors that enable him to maintain consistent form when competing in the Olympic Games. Jin, 39, is the best shooter in the history of the Republic of Korea. He has won Olympic gold medals in 2008, 2012 and 2016. In the 2012 Olympic Games, he won two gold medals in the men’s 50m pistol and 10m air pistol. In addition to his gold medal successes in the Olympics, Jin has also won two silver medals in the Olympic Games, three gold medals in world championships and many more gold medals at other international events. During the event Vietnamese shooter Hoang Xuan Vinh told interesting stories about meeting Jin Jong Oh during the world games. The talk was held in an open atmosphere, attracting a range of Vietnamese shooters and fans. A Korean expert shared stories related to Jin Jong Oh during the exchange. Jin Jong Oh took photographs with a young Vietnamese shooter. The four-time Olympic shooting champion visited the National Sports Training Centre in Nhon, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
