During two consecutive Tet holiday shifts, Bui Thi Huyen, a trolley service staff member at Noi Bai Passenger Terminal Operations Center, discovered two cases of passengers leaving behind valuable assets in the public areas of Terminal 1.

The first incident occurred at 12:20am on January 28 (Lunar New Year's Eve), when Huyen found an abandoned bag containing a significant amount of gold jewelry.

Inside were ten gold-colored rings, two gold-colored bracelets, three necklaces, earrings, and over 3.5 million VND left on a trolley in Hall A of Terminal 1.

Later, during her afternoon shift on January 30 (the second day of Tet), Huyen once again discovered a forgotten bag containing cash in various denominations, totaling nearly 50 million VND.

She promptly coordinated with the airport security team to hand over the items in accordance with regulations. When asked to take a commemorative photo with the owners of the lost assets, Huyen quickly agreed but hurried back to her post to continue her duties.

Bui Thi Huyen is known for frequently finding and returning lost valuables at the airport, with the total value of recovered items reaching several billion VND.

She has received multiple commendations from the Airports Corporation of Vietnam and Noi Bai International Airport for her honesty and dedication.
