Update news new businesses
Some 430 businesses left the market, while only 368 new businesses were established on a daily basis from January to April 2021, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
A total of 138,100 businesses with a combined registered capital of over US$74.7 billion were set up in 2019, up 5.2 percent and 17.1 percent, respectively, from the previous year.
More than 94,750 businesses were founded in 2015, representing a rise of nearly 30 per cent compared to the previous year, statistics have revealed.
