Miss Earth 2023 finalists graceful in Vietnamese Ao Dai
A total of 90 foreign beauties of Miss Earth 2023 have recently donned Ao Dai (traditional long dress of Vietnam) in a parade around Ho Chi Minh City to mark the start of its tourism week, drawing plenty of attention from both locals and tourists.
The third Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Week kicks off on December 4, offering a series of practical activities aimed at enhancing the application of green solutions, developing responsible tourism products, creating competitive advantages, and improving the overall quality of growth in the industry.
Present at the launching ceremony are 100 Tourism Week ambassadors, including Truong Ngoc Anh, head of the Miss Earth 2023’s organising committee, and Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 Do Lan Anh.
Most notably, 90 Miss Earth 2023 finalists in Ao Dai (traditional long dress of Vietnam) perform on the stage, drawing plenty of attention from the audience.
The ambassadors and foreign beauties paint the largest Doodle picture in Vietnam installed from 22 puzzle pieces representing major landmarks of Ho Chi Minh City.
The Miss Earth 2023 pageant’s ambassadors help to spread the message of environmental protection and sustainable development worldwide.
The pageant is mainly held in Ho Chi Minh City from December 1, while sidelines activities will be carried out in nearby localities such as Dong Nai and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
The final night is scheduled to take place in Ho Chi Minh City on December 22, during which the winners of Miss Earth, Miss Earth Air, Miss Earth Water, and Miss Earth Fire will be announced.

This marks the second time that the nation has played host to this global pageant, following the 2010 edition. Miss Earth is the fourth largest international beauty pageant in the world and is highly appreciated by the media for its scale, prestige, and humanistic message.
