As the Paris 2024 Olympics approach, Vietnam’s delegation is set to make a mark with its standout female athletes, each bringing both skill and charm to the Games.
At the Paris 2024 Olympics, taking place from July 26 to August 11, Vietnam will be represented by 16 athletes across various sports. These athletes include:
Do Thi Anh Nguyet and Le Quoc Phong in archery. Tran Thi Nhi Yen in athletics. Nguyen Thuy Linh and Le Duc Phat in badminton. Ha Thi Linh and Vo Thi Kim Anh in boxing. Nguyen Thi Huong in canoeing. Nguyen Thi That in cycling. Pham Thi Hue in rowing. Trinh Thu Vinh and Le Thi Mong Tuyen in shooting. Nguyen Huy Hoang and Vo Thi My Tien in swimming. Trinh Van Vinh in weightlifting. Hoang Thi Tinh in judo. Out of these athletes, Tran Thi Nhi Yen and Vo Thi My Tien received wildcard entries.
The Vietnamese delegation is led by Dang Ha Viet, the Director of the Department of Sports and Physical Training. The delegation has no deputy leader. The flag bearers for Vietnam at the opening ceremony are Le Duc Phat (badminton) and Nguyen Thi That (cycling).
