VietNamNet Bridge – Ly Giam Tien, the youngest contestant of Project Runway Vietnam 2014, in its second season, won the top prize during the final round in Ho Chi Minh City on July 6.

The jurors praised the 18-year-old contestant’s creativity in designing, choosing materials, and mixing colors and patterns.
As a winner, Tien received a cash prize, a scholarship to study at French fashion school in Paris-Atelier Chardon Savard, a chance to introduce his winning collection in the well-known Harper’s Bazaar fashion magazine and taking part in New York Couture Fashion Week.
The first and second runners-up were Ha Hong Lam and Phan Nguyen Minh Quan.
The three finalists also received a trip to Paris.
The jury for this year comprised actress Truong Ngoc Anh, local designer Nguyen Cong Tri, Harper's Bazaar representative Tran Nguyen Thien Huong and Ms. Dominique Chardon Savard, the principal of Atelier Chardon Savard fashion school.
