Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company has officially appointed Nguyen Tan Hoang as the new CEO, effective from October 16. Before this promotion, Hoang served as the company's chief accountant.

Nguyen Tan Hoang, born in 1977 in Quang Nam, joined Loc Troi in August 2012 and has held the position of chief accountant since then. Prior to his time at Loc Troi, Hoang worked in key roles at C.P Vietnam and Phuong Dong Bio-Energy. From 2000 to 2011, he was employed at C.P Vietnam Livestock Corporation.

On July 15, Loc Troi unexpectedly dismissed Nguyen Duy Thuan from the position of CEO, a role he had held for over four years. During the transition, Huynh Van Thon, Chairman of the Board of Directors, temporarily assumed the responsibilities of managing the company's operations until a new leader was appointed.

Recently, Loc Troi accused former CEO Nguyen Duy Thuan of fraudulent activities and potential legal violations, which allegedly caused financial losses for the company. As a result, the company has requested authorities to take preventive measures against Thuan.

The People's Committee of An Giang Province confirmed that it had received Loc Troi's request for local authorities to act on the matter.

On the stock market, during the trading session on October 17, Loc Troi's shares (LTG) were trading at VND 9,400 per share, representing a more than 30% decline since the beginning of October and a 60% drop compared to October 2023.
