On June 26, Tra Tan Commune Police (Bac Tra My District, Quang Nam Province) reported assisting a foreign tourist in finding his relatives after getting lost while riding a motorbike to visit Hoi An.

At around 6:30 AM, Tra Tan Commune Police discovered a foreigner exhibiting strange behavior in the area and proactively approached him.

Upon verification, it was found that the tourist, Kyucheol (48 years old, Korean nationality), had come to Vietnam for tourism. While traveling by motorbike, he got lost.

The tourist did not bring any identification documents, did not remember his accommodation address, had no way to contact his family, and could not speak Vietnamese.

Tra Tan Commune Police encouraged him, provided him with food, and took him to the headquarters to rest and help find his relatives.

After a period of verification, Tra Tan Commune Police identified the tourist's accommodation and relatives, and contacted the family to pick him up.

According to Kyucheol's relatives, on June 22, he, his mother, and younger sister went sightseeing in Da Nang. On June 24, the family went sightseeing in Hoi An. At around 4 PM the same day, Kyucheol rented a motorbike at the hotel to visit Hoi An and got lost.

At the Tra Tan Commune Police Station, the tourist's relatives sent their thanks and expressed their deep emotion and gratitude for the dedication and responsibility of the Commune Police.
