Korean guitar prodigy Jung Sung-ha will perform acoustic fingerstyle live in Vietnam this month.

Fingerstyle is a genre of solo guitar music which has been thriving in recent years. The genre allows a single performer to play as if an entire band.

Jung, 22, has played guitar since the age of 10. He has amassed 5.2 million subscribers on YouTube, has composed many songs in diverse styles and has composed nine albums, with the latest Adante released in May.

This is the fifth consecutive year he has toured Viet Nam.

The concerts will take place on September 15 at VOH Music One, HCM City and on September 16 at the Youth Theatre, Hanoi.

Tickets cost from VNĐ600,000 to VNĐ1,600,000 (US$26-70). — VNS
